This course is a great choice for beginners AND experienced practitioners to focus on the foundational aspects for building a strong, sustainable yoga practice. In this course we will go over foundational poses, breathing exercises, and alignment principles. Even experienced yogis can develop habits that aren't ideal for their bodies. Yoga is as much about awareness as it is about movement. This course teaches people to listen to their bodies, understand their limits, and cultivate a more mindful approach to movement which can carry to other aspects of life.
